🎫 Early‑bird offer

The early-bird delegate rate for the full package as described above is £900, and the early‑bird guest ticket is just £550! 

A £250 non-refundable deposit payment will be required for each ticket at the point of booking. 

Please note, if you are travelling with a partner and only require one bedroom, your guest will be charged £550. Should your guest(s) require their own bedroom, the full delegate price of £900 per guest still applies.

The Study Weekend is an annual event held in a new and exciting location each year. It is designed to provide an inspiring environment for medical professionals to exchange knowledge, build valuable connections and enjoy a refreshing break in a luxurious setting.

Cancellation policy:

Once you've paid the full amount, we will refund 70% of that fee up to 4th September, excluding deposit. Any cancellations after this date will not be refunded.

Please note, the deposit payment is non-refundable.
